Inovar introduces “ProtoVar” full turnkey prototype services. From your first design review to production, Inovar partners with you to assist in bringing your products to market successfully.
This process begins with “Valor Power” Inovar’s partnership with Valor Computerized Systems that has brought a new vision to DFM. This highly intuitive software allows Inovar to simulate an electronics assembly, enforcing critical design rules, pad stack simulation, full BOM/AVL comparison and more before you spin your first fabrication.
“The implementation of Valor provides an unmatched resource in our industry to eliminate wasteful spins on PCBs in the design phase, assist in moving product to market more expeditiously, and provide higher yieldable product for manufacturing, not to mention lower cost and increased quality due to the front-end attention to detail. This is a value-added process that really does make the difference.” Larry Shirk, Director of Engineering.
ProtoVar is comprised of a dedicated, engineering-based team focused solely on the success of your prototype. It consists of a coordinator that facilitates your strategy within the walls and requirements of Inovar, a dedicated prototype buyer for all turnkey builds, focused manufacturing technicians that are dedicated to the project’s assembly details, a dedicated SMT line, and resources for flexibility and quick response requirements, along with a focused product engineer. These elements combine for success.
