Inovar Management Selected to Speak to Quality Organization Members

Inovar, Inc. has been selected as the location for the June 2004 meeting of the Golden Spike Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Inovar's management has been asked to speak about their successes with the revolutionary “Scorekeeping” system that has been implemented within their state of the art 25,000 sq ft facility. This system is used to provide real time feedback to its 140 employees about their performance on a daily basis.

The American Society for Quality (ASQ) is a nonprofit organization that promotes the advancement and application of quality leadership and quality management practices throughout industry, government and private sectors.  Competitive advantage is achieved in today's marketplace through continuous improvement and innovation of processes, products and services.  ASQ recognizes that effective leadership and management is vital to this effort
