Ron Despain joins Inovar, Inc. as Senior Process Engineer

LOGAN, UT - Inovar, Inc. announced that it has hired Ron Despain as a senior process engineer. Beginning April 5, Mr. Despain will serve as Inovar's customer technical liaison for Design For Manufacturability (DFM) and Manufacturing issues. He will also be responsible for process and manufacturing documentation and support as well as for SPC reporting and process monitoring.

Mr. Despain brings nearly 20 years of process engineering experience to Inovar. He has served in different engineering capacities at MCMS, Micron Electronics and most recently at Jabil Circuit in San Jose, CA. Mr. Despain will be an invaluable asset to Inovar as he has an extensive background in manufacturing engineering, prototyping, DFM, Lead-Free applications, Demand Flow Technology and Lean Manufacturing.
