Merit Medical enters Manufacturing Agreement with Inovar, Inc.

Logan, UT. - Inovar, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MMSI) to build the printed circuit sub-assembly for the Monarch/ATM Inflation syringe.

Inovar will provide manufacturing services under a three-year renewable agreement that includes supply-chain management, printed circuit board assembly and test. Initial production has commenced with the first production units scheduled for delivery in October.
