MANUFACTURING

Assembly

SMT Operator

Candidate will be responsible for SMT operation and related functions.  These functions shall include but are not limited to the operation of Screenprint, Pick & Place and Reflow equipment.  Candidate will be responsible to efficiently operate the equipment associate with the Surface Mount line.  Candidates will be required to produce quality product at all times.

Experience:  Candidate filling the position of SMT Operator I will have 0-6 months direct SMT experience.  Candidates must be computer literate and be able to navigate within a Windows-type environment.  Applicant must have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to read prints and follow detailed instructions, be comfortable with machine operation, and be extremely detail oriented. 

Other Requirements:  The ability to stand for an extended period of time is required.  This position requires occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.

Electronics Technician

Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing circuit board assemblies.

Qualifications: Applicant must have a basic knowledge of electronic theory and practice.  Applicant must be able to use and understand test equipment and be familiar with standard electronic components and their use.  Applicant must be dependable and be able to work in a team and independently. 

Pay: Negotiable upon experience.

ENGINEERING

Engineering Documentation Control Clerk

Responsible for providing processing document input and change requests for circuit board assemblies.  Applicants must be willing to work overtime including Saturdays as required to satisfy critical projects and demands.  This is a full time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties will include:

-  Perform Bill of Materials import functions in ERP System
-  Perform control functions for all external and internal documentation
-  Research electronic component datasheets
-  Maintain high level of attention to detail in all functions

Requirements:

-  Intermediate computer experience including Microsoft Office
-  Self motivated and able to work well under deadlines
-  Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
-  Excellent communication/customer service skills
-  Experience with ERP system and electronic background preferred
